Invoices not completely paid within terms are considered delinquent. 1.5% late fee / service charge per month will be added to all delinquent invoices. All collection costs incurred will be added to existing balances. Returned checks are subject to fees. Noble Plumbing is not responsible for any work not previously agreed upon in writing, cost of permits, and/or any finish work pertaining to but not limited to floor, ceiling, concrete, landscape, tile, paint, etc., repair or related costs. Bid Confirmation related invoice(s) pertain to the corresponding Progressive Payment Installment Contracts, and as such, non-itemized invoice(s) are given. Each job item corresponding subtotal charges listed have been invoiced based upon its status of completion irrespective of overall completion.
